A practicing attorney for more than 45 years, Tim Lemucchi focuses on civil and criminal litigation in municipal and superior courts of Kern, Los Angeles, Fresno, Tulare, Inyo, Mono and Kings Counties (California) as well as the United States Central District Court in Fresno. Through his firm, The Law Office of Tim Lemucchi, Mr. Lemucchi has conducted over 130 jury trials involving major personal injury, wrongful death, criminal defense, work-related injuries, defective products, insurance bad faith, malpractice, elder abuse and mediation.
A graduate of Georgetown Law School, Mr. Lemucchi has also taught and lectured on the subject of criminal and civil law at Bakersfield College, University of California at Santa Barbara Extension and for the California Trial Lawyers' Association. Among his many memberships are the Consumer Attorneys of California, American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) and California Attorneys for Criminal Justice.
