Timothy J. Wheeler is the managing partner of Greene Broillet & Wheeler, LLP, a plaintiffs' trial law firm in Santa Monica, California. His extensive trial practice includes experience with product liability, general negligence cases, auto product liability, traumatic brain injuries, employment discrimination, wrongful termination, legal malpractice, road design and insurance bad faith. Throughout his career, he has obtained more than 80 verdicts and settlements in excess of $1 million.
Mr. Wheeler's success and leadership have earned him many awards throughout his career. He has been listed in Woodward & White's "The Best Lawyers in America" every year since 1995 and selected to the Southern California Super Lawyers list every year since 2004. He was also a three-time finalist for the Trial Lawyer of the Year award given by the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA), of which he serves on the board of governors.
In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Wheeler is an active member of the CAALA, the American Association for Justice and the Association of Business Trial Lawyers of Los Angeles and advocate of the American Academy of Trial Counsel. He also serves pro bono on the board of regents of Loyola High School.
