In 2007, Fogel Keating Wagner Polidori Shafner obtained the largest personal injury award in Colorado history on behalf of Andy Blood, a young utility lineman who was severely injured when a decayed utility pole he was working on collapsed while he was 25 feet above ground.

“Andy was severely injured, but from the beginning he made it clear to us that he wanted more than just a monetary award,” says Bill Keating, Blood’s lead attorney. “He wanted a result that would have a positive impact on improving safety for all utility workers and on utility pole systems all across Colorado. We believe the result in Andy’s case will achieve those goals.”
