Craig Christensen has a national practice in bankruptcy and reorganization, and has been the lead lawyer in many Chapter 11 corporate reorganizations throughout the country. He is one of just nine Colorado attorneys elected as fellows of the American College of Bankruptcy.
Howard Kenison has been involved in a number of cases and activities that have helped shape environmental policy in Colorado. He has more than 25 years of experience resolving legal disputes involving wetlands, transportation projects, Superfund lawsuits, air and water quality, hazardous waste and other environmental issues. Howard serves as chair of the American Bar Association’s Standing Committee on Environmental Law and on its working group on Environmental Issues and the Rule of Law.
J. Smiley focuses his practice on commercial litigation and bankruptcy, an area for which Lindquist & Vennum is well known. A Chapter 11 trustee and examiner and a fellow of the American College of Bankruptcy, J. has served as lead litigation counsel in bankruptcy court, federal district court and state courts, and has argued appeals before the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals, the 10th Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel and the Federal District Court for the District of Colorado.
Tiffanie Stasiak focuses her practice on complex commercial and construction litigation. She represents businesses including manufacturers, developers, general contractors and subcontractors. Her practice also includes representing property owners in construction defect actions. Tiffanie serves as regional counsel for several national corporations, handling regulatory matters and negotiations and serving as trial counsel.
