Mr. Fleishman’s practice emphasizes creative, aggressive representation of firm clients in the areas of divorce, commercial, construction, real estate, personal injury, prenuptial and post-nuptial agreements, professional liability, employment agreements, bad faith, and insurance litigation.  Mr. Fleishman’s community activities include or have included memberships on the boards of the Colorado Symphony, ADL, Epilepsy Foundation of Colorado, Rose Medical Center, and St. Anthony Hospital.  He was awarded the Bronze Star in Vietnam, having achieved rank of captain.  Mr. Fleishman is licensed to practice before the United States Supreme Court and Colorado, Texas, and Nebraska courts.  He represents clients in court, administrative, and arbitration hearings.  He has been a frequent writer/editor for publications including Colorado Real Estate Journal, Colorado Medicine, Homebuilders Magazine, and National Law Journal.  He is rated AV by the nationally renowned directory Martindale-Hubbell.
