Anthony Viorst has a diverse practice focusing on appellate matters, plaintiffs' personal injury, and criminal law. He is AV-rated, the highest rating available to an individual lawyer, and has been named to Super Lawyers since 2006. As a former member of the Public Defenders' Appellate Division and a current private practitioner, Mr. Viorst has handled hundreds of appeals in the Colorado appellate courts, and has prevailed in many significant cases, such as Preston v. Dupont, voted Case of the Year by the CTLA. Mr. Viorst is a graduate of Georgetown Law School and was an editor of the Georgetown Law Journal. He has written extensively for Trial Talk and The Colorado Lawyer and in 2011 served as the chairman of The Colorado Lawyer's Board of Directors.
