Profile

Beth Henson is an attorney mediator whose practice is limited to family law conflict resolution, including disputes regarding parenting issues, child support and maintenance, property, and post-decree issues. She performs mediation and arbitration. She has served on the Family Law Executive Council since 2000 and is past president of the Metropolitan Denver Interdisciplinary Committee. Ms. Henson has been a contributing author to several domestic relations laws and has testified in front of state Senate and House of Representatives committees regarding proposed laws. She is a frequent lecturer and author on family law topics. Ms. Henson was the 2007 recipient of the MDIC President's Award for work done on behalf of the children of Colorado.
