David L. Lenyo is a shareholder in the Aspen-based law firm Garfield & Hecht, P.C., a full-service, AV-rated firm. He has practiced civil litigation for 25 years. Before joining Garfield & Hecht, P.C., in 1994, he developed extensive trial experience with litigation departments of major Denver firms. He has appeared in trials and hearings in state and federal courts, arbitration proceedings, and quasi-judicial administrative hearings. He has handled diverse business, commercial, construction, and real estate disputes. He graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 1984 as a member of the Order of the Coif and the Law Review and was a 1984 recipient of the Wolf Scholarship.
