David P. Hersh's professional focus has been on complex business litigation since 1983. Mr. Hersh has obtained multiple million-dollar-plus trial verdicts and successfully resolved cases with damages as high as $500 million. He serves as co-lead counsel on major lawsuits seeking redress for investors defrauded through the use of Collateralized Debt Obligations. Named to the Super Lawyers list in 2006-2007, Mr. Hersh was also included in their 2008 inaugural Corporate Counsel edition. He is AV-rated, a Litigation Counsel of America Fellow, on the Board for the Colorado Judicial Institute and served as an instructor in trial tactics for the ABA-sponsored National Institute of Trial Advocacy school. Mr. Hersh received his J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law, Order of Barristers.
