Mr. Wadsworth's practice focuses on bankruptcy matters. He represents debtors-in-possession in Chapter 11 reorganization cases, debtors in Chapter 7 liquidation cases, Chapter 7 and 11 trustees in contested matters and adversary proceedings, and secured and unsecured creditors in bankruptcy cases. Mr. Wadsworth was appointed to the Colorado panel of Chapter 7 trustees in 2009.
