Diana Powell is vice president and a shareholder in the law firm Gutterman Griffiths PC. Diana graduated from the Boalt Hall School of Law, University of California -- Berkeley. She is published in the California Law Review, and has experience with the Enforcement Division at the Securities and Exchange Commission, Washington, D.C. She is licensed to practice law in Colorado, Texas, and the District of Columbia, and is a Colorado Bar Fellow. Ms. Powell focuses her practice on high asset, high conflict divorce representation. Previously, she acted as lead counsel to buyers or sellers in over 100 merger and acquisition transactions and helped hundreds of companies raise private and public equity and debt finance.
