Doris Truhlar practices in the courts throughout the Denver area. A 1980 honors graduate of the University of Denver College of Law, Doris, and her law partner and husband, Bob, were the 2003 recipients of the DU Law Stars Alumni Professionalism Award. She served as President of the Colorado Women's Bar Association and the Arapahoe Bar Association. A member of the Colorado Attorney Regulation Committee, she serves on the 18th Judicial District Nominating Commission. Doris has received a number of awards and lectures to attorneys regarding family law and attorney ethics. Active in her community and church, Doris has three daughters and three grandsons.
