As Chair of Moye White's Employment Group, Liza represents and defends companies and business owners against discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, hostile work environment, wrongful discharge, wage and breach of contract claims. Liza advises clients regarding equal pay, compensation and hiring practices as well as reductions in force and terminations. Liza also manages disputes that involve misappropriation of trade secrets and other important confidential business information. 

Liza proactively works with clients to develop strategies to anticipate and minimize litigation. Her methodologies include statutory procedural compliance and implementation of on-site supervisor training programs.

Liza also successfully defends clients in a broad range of appeals.
