Holly Baer Kammerer focuses her practice on personal injury and commercial litigation. Ms. Kammerer has vast experience in litigation and trial related to all aspects of personal injury and various business disputes including commercial contract litigation and shareholder disputes. Ms. Kammerer has practiced law since 1992. After moving to Colorado from Washington, D.C., she has practiced in the areas of personal injury, products liability, family law, collections, insurance, mass tort, recreational vehicle, equine and appeals. Ms. Kammerer joined Burg Simpson in 1996 and became a shareholder of the firm in 1999. Ms. Kammerer has successfully tried numerous cases to a jury in personal injury matters and business disputes. She has multiple million dollar jury verdicts and settlements including a $2.5 million jury verdict in a personal injury case in the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado. Ms. Kammerer is the senior female shareholder of the firm and for more than a decade has developed and managed the firm’s large multi-state single event personal injury department. She is driven to fight for justice and success for her clients within our organization and the community. Ms. Kammerer has met the standard of excellence for selection as one of the American Trial Lawyers Association's Top 100 Trial Lawyers. Ms. Kammerer was recognized as a 2009 Woman of Accomplishment by Law Week Colorado.

Pro bono/Community Service:
- Ms. Kammerer is the Vice President/President Elect for the Wild Plum Center for young children and families, formerly known as the Longmont Children's Council. The center provides preschool education, family counseling and community based services for low-income families in the Longmont and Boulder County area. Ms. Kammerer also volunteers time to work with children in the St. Vrain Valley School District and volunteers on behalf of children with disabilities, specifically in education and research regarding Velo Cardio Facial Syndrome (VCFS).
