Jim Benjamin has been selected for inclusion on the Colorado Super Lawyers list every year since its inception. Jim has organized a boutique law firm, surrounding himself with talented lawyers, designed to serve the transactional and litigation needs of real estate developers, lenders, contractors, and homebuilders. Jim is a past chairperson of the Real Estate Section of the Colorado Bar Association and currently serves on the Association's Legislative Policy and Ethics Committees. Among his publications, Jim is the real estate chapter author in CLE of Colorado, Inc.'s publication Lawyers' Professional Liability in Colorado and is a frequent lecturer on real estate law.

Bar/Professional Activity: Jim has been on the Executive Council of the Real Estate Section of the Colorado Bar Association since 1998 during which time he has served as the Ethics Committee Liaison, an elected Council member, the Secretary, the Vice Chair and the Chairperson. He currently serves as the Real Estate Section's Liaison to the Legislative Policy Committee of the Colorado Bar Association. Jim also served as a member of the Board of Governors of the Colorado Bar Association from 2005 through 2007.
