I primarily represent clients in connection with real estate purchases, sales and development, land use and development approvals from local governments, project documentation, real estate loans, and environmental evaluation and remediation of real property.  My practice includes all of the Colorado Front Range and mountain communities in Grand, Summit, Eagle, La Plata, and Gunnison counties.  I have created numerous condominium projects, hotel and apartment conversions, single family developments, and commercial and industrial developments throughout Colorado.
