John Bernstein has concentrated his practice over the last 30 years on complex business and commercial litigation. His practice primarily focuses on contract disputes, breaches of fiduciary duty, lender liability, legal malpractice and litigation relating to bankruptcy, real estate, securities, shareholder disputes and other business torts. A substantial aspect of his practice also includes counseling clients on managing and reducing litigation risks. He routinely provides seminars to clients in an effort to keep them advised of legal developments that impact their businesses. John is a partner of Kutak Rock LLP, a national law firm with locations in 17 cities. He is the chairman of the Litigation Department of Kutak Rock's Denver office and has litigated in numerous jurisdictions nationwide.
