John Wasserman is a shareholder and a founding member of Sender & Wasserman, P.C., a Denver-based firm founded in 1982. Mr. Wasserman has extensive experience in complex real estate transactions, including project acquisition, financing, development, and leasing. He has been a frequent speaker on commercial leasing. Mr. Wasserman's and the firm's practice also involves representation of clients in complex Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 bankruptcies, workouts, and general creditor and debtor rights matters. When not practicing law, Mr. Wasserman is involved in various community activities, including fundraising for Breakthrough at Kent Denver.
