Joshua (Josh) Maximon is a founding partner of Mann & Maximon, LLC, a Colorado litigation firm representing clients primarily in the Boulder area, Denver and surrounding portions of the state. In his practice, Josh focuses on the areas of criminal defense and civil litigation. In each, Josh’s reputation and record demonstrate a focus on achieving optimum results for clients through personalized, honorable and highly effective representation.
Josh graduated cum laude from New York University School of Law and began his career as a law clerk for a federal judge. He later gained valuable experience at the London office of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, at the New York office of Debevoise & Plimpton and at the Denver office of Brownstein Hyatt Farber prior to opening Mann & Maximon with longtime friend and colleague Stuart Mann. Josh has been a member of the State Bar of Colorado since 2002. He is also admitted to practice in New York state and as a solicitor in England and Wales. Josh has been an invited lecturer for an international policy class through Stanford University on several occasions, and he is the co-chair of the Boulder chapter of the Colorado Criminal Defense Bar.
