As a former prosecutor, Mr. Eichner has succeeded in acquiring dismissals, acquittals or reduced sentences for clients facing a wide range of criminal charges, including assault, Medicare fraud and real estate fraud.

Mr. Eichner was listed in the Top 100 Trial Lawyers in Colorado in 2009 by the American Association for Justice. He has been published by The Washington Post, The Colorado Lawyer and The Legal Times, and he has been a guest lecturer at Georgetown University Law School and the University of Denver School of Law.
