Profile

Ken joined the boutique bankruptcy law firm of Sender & Wasserman, P.C. in 2000 as an associate and became a shareholder in January of 2007. He focuses his practice on complex bankruptcy law with an emphasis on litigation. He received a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Colorado in 1993 with distinction and a J.D. from the University of Denver in 1999. He represents a wide variety of clients, including small closely held businesses, individuals with complex debt structures, and fiduciaries who recover assets from Ponzi schemes. His work also includes creditor-debtor workouts, as well as bankruptcy liquidations and reorganizations.
