Ken Fellman specializes in telecommunications law, with additional emphasis on local government and utilities law. He works with governments and non-profit entities in cable and utility matters, broadband deployment, and tower siting, and represents clients in all courts and before the Public Utilities Commission and Federal Communications Commission. He is Immediate Past President of the National Association of Telecommunications Officers and Advisors and was appointed by Governor Ritter to the Colorado Innovation Council and the Colorado Channel Authority. Ken is a former City Council member (1993-1999) and Mayor (1999-2007) of Arvada, Colorado. During Arvada's centennial celebration, he was recognized as one of the 100 most influential citizens in the city's history.
