Laura Koupal's practice is solely dedicated to the law of reproductive technologies and collaborative reproduction. Her primary focus is on gestational surrogacy agreements, egg and sperm donation, parental rights judgments, and second and step parent adoptions. She represents intended parents, gestational carriers, sperm donors and egg donors. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Assisted Reproductive Technology Attorneys, and Professional Member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) and RESOLVE.
Laura joined Willoughby & Eckelberry, LLC in 2006. Prior to joining the firm, Laura completed a one year clerkship with the Honorable Christina M. Habas of Denver District Court, and spent two years in private practice representing family law clients.
