In over 30 years as a lawyer, Les Roos has been involved in virtually every aspect of commercial and residential real estate. Although he concentrates on representation of small, entrepreneurial real estate entities, he has also represented numerous institutional lenders and national real estate companies. For the past several years, his focus has been as lead attorney on several large Colorado mountain resort redevelopment projects involving mixed-use residential/retail/hotel projects. A graduate and Law Review Editor of the College of William & Mary School of Law, he has served in leadership positions in a number of community and charitable organizations. Prior to attending law school, Les was a professional baseball player and recently was inducted into the Temple University Athletic Hall of Fame.
