Profile

Mr. Neider’s practice includes litigation of a variety of construction and real estate development related matters in state and federal courts. He represents national corporations as well as small businesses in cases involving commercial contracts, intellectual property, trade secrets, and shareholder disputes. Beyond the courtroom, Mr. Neider works closely with developers in the formation of common interest communities and commercial retail centers. He has presented to numerous organizations regarding legal developments pertinent to his practice. When he graduated from the University of Denver Law School, Mr. Neider was initiated in the Order of St. Ives for outstanding academic achievement.
