Ms. Eskesen handles civil and criminal litigation in state and federal courts throughout the country. Admitted in Colorado in 1989, she served as a judicial clerk in Colorado state and federal courts, as an associate attorney and shareholder in private law firms, as an Assistant U.S. Attorney, and as a sole practitioner. She is a member of the Criminal Justice Act Panel of the U.S. District Court for Colorado, having served on and as a co-chair of the Standing Committee of the Criminal Justice Act Panel.
