Law with an antipodean accent. Martin Brown has limited his practice to family law and matters arising from domestic disputes for some nine years. He was admitted to the Bar in New Zealand in 1965 and in Colorado in 1982. His particular specialty within the area of family law is parental responsibility cases involving decision making and parenting time. He has acted as a mediator, arbitrator, receiver, decision maker and special master. He is a member of the Family Law Section of both the American Bar Association and Colorado Bar Association. He is rated AV by Martindale-Hubbell, as one preeminent in his profession.
