Profile

Matt's litigation and trial experience includes commercial litigation and trials throughout the U.S., with cases currently active in over a dozen states.  Locally, his experience includes complex trials in most of the Colorado state district courts along the Front Range, as well as in the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado.  He serves as national litigation counsel for one of Colorado's largest companies, and his recent experience includes a complex mortgage fraud trial and multiple injunctive relief proceedings involving competing software developers.  Matt also has experience teaching litigation-related continuing legal education courses.  Matt also heads the firm's practice in China, consisting of litigation and transactional matters for various clients based in the People's Republic of China.
