Miles M. Gersh is a trial lawyer, who practices in a variety of commercial litigation contexts including partnership disputes, lender liability, and other business-related matters, with a continuing interest in and focus on investment fraud and securities litigation and arbitration. Miles honed his trial skills as a public defender in Washington, D.C., studied and taught in India under a Fulbright Teaching Fellowship, and was a founding co-chair of the Colorado Bar Association Amicus Committee. He has served on the Legal Aid Board of Trustees and is a fellow of the Colorado Bar Foundation. In addition, Miles has participated in appellate matters at every level of the state and federal courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court. Miles is a graduate of Yale University and Harvard Law School.
