Criminal defense attorney Patrick J. Mulligan is a Denver native who has focused solely on protecting the rights of accused people in Colorado since 1988. Attorney Mulligan has handled thousands of criminal cases over that time and charges ranging from misdemeanor DUI and assault crimes up to felonies including first-degree murder.
