Phil Roselli has been practicing telecommunications law with an emphasis on administrative litigation – in both private practice and the corporate sector -- since 1997.  His practice focuses on telecommunications issues before state regulatory commissions and in federal court.

Earlier in his career, as Associate General Counsel at Qwest, he served as the lead lawyer on a number of multi-jurisdictional regulatory matters and advised the company on issues related to the sale or transfer of regulated assets, internal reorganizations and affiliated interest transactions.
