For over 30 years, Mr. Pickering has represented those who have suffered losses caused by catastrophic personal injury or by the death of a loved one. Mr. Pickering is licensed to practice law in the federal and state courts of Colorado, Wyoming and California. He has served on the National Advisory Board and is a member of the Association of Plaintiff Interstate Trucking Lawyers of America. Mr. Pickering is also a member of the American Association for Justice, Interstate Trucking Group, and the Colorado and Wyoming Trial Lawyers Associations. He is a former judicial law clerk to a Chief Judge of a United States District Court and to a Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. Mr. Pickering practices in all areas of personal injury in Colorado and Wyoming, including medical negligence.
Mr. Pickering has been named a 2011 Colorado Super Lawyer and to the Top 100 Trial Lawyers-Colorado.
