For over 30 years, Roger Castle has specialized in the litigation, settlement, and trial of serious personal injury and death cases. These cases include products liability, medical malpractice, professional liability, construction site injuries, motorcycle and other vehicle collisions, and media libel cases. He is on the faculty of the National Institute of Trial Advocacy, is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, and has argued a number of key cases before the Colorado Supreme Court. He is also a longtime member of CTLA, AAJ (ATLA), bar committees on professionalism, and the Christian Legal Society.
