Profile

Tom Arckey focuses his practice on employment and business law. He has 23 years of experience representing clients in state and federal courts, arbitration and administrative proceedings. Mr. Arckey represents and advises individuals and small businesses in employment matters such as discrimination, employment agreements, and non-competition issues, and in business matters including formation, contracts and general business issues. He is the current editor of the Employment Law issue for Trial Talk magazine, and received the 2005 Editorial Excellence award.
