Amy E. Todisco is a founding partner of Braunstein & Todisco, PC, a Fairfield, Connecticut, law firm offering a broad spectrum of financially focused legal services for individuals, families and businesses.
Amy's practice at the firm is concentrated primarily in the areas of elder law, probate, trusts and estates, construction and real estate. She holds an AV Preeminent* peer review rating through Martindale-Hubbell, is the author of "Clients Are Never Too Old to Present Ethical Dilemmas" (published in Connecticut Law Tribune Magazine -- Malpractice, Grievance and Professional Responsibility Supplement -- May 4, 1998), and is a frequently featured speaker on estate planning, Medicaid, conservatorships and related elder law planning topics at legal seminars.
Amy is also active in a myriad of community and professional organizations, including the Connecticut Bar, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (president, Connecticut Chapter), the Trumbull Chamber of Commerce (past president) and the Bridgeport Regional Business Council (executive committee, board of directors). Amy received her undergraduate education (B.A., 1981) at Skidmore College, and her legal education at University of Bridgeport Law School, earning her Juris Doctor in 1984 and an advanced legal degree in taxation (LL.M.) in 1987.
