• 1.5 Million Dollar Wrongful Death Settlement in RI District Court arising out of the death of an individual struck and killed in a crosswalk in Newport RI.  1.0 Million Dollar Settlement in a medical malpractice wrongful death claim arising out of misdiagnosis.  $275,000 medical malpractice settlement arising out of surgical mistake followng diverticulitis surgery.  $250,000 settlement in a motor vehicle accident matter involving neck and back injuries
