Eric's litigation experience includes matters involving commercial contracts, construction projects, trade secrets, corporate governance, and employment matters. Eric serves on the Executive Committee of the Connecticut Bar Association's Litigation Section.  He has served as a court-appointed arbitrator, sits on the board of nonprofit organizations, and is an active member of the community.
