Profile

James D. Diamond has been practicing criminal law since 1988. He has substantial criminal trial experience and is Certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy as a Criminal Trial Specialist. He was a Connecticut State prosecutor for six years, and a partner in the Ridgefield law firm of Reese, Hirsch, Diamond, and Shoults for seven years. Mr. Diamond was an advisor to the New York State Attorney General. He obtained a B.A. from the State University of New York at Albany and his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School. Mr. Diamond was a municipal legislator on the City of Stamford Board of Representatives from 2005-2009.
