Attorney Bagnell is a graduate of Boston College Law School and the College of the Holy Cross. He practices in Westport, Connecticut with Scott Lucas and represents clients in employment law matters, contract disputes, and business litigation including insurance coverage and trademark infringement. A trial and appellate lawyer, he has argued cases in the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, the Connecticut Supreme Court, and trial courts in the state and federal systems. He has obtained precedent-setting decisions in several areas, including spoliation and E-discovery, and recently obtained a $4.2 million jury verdict in a wrongful discharge case in U.S. District Court in Connecticut. He has achieved other substantial verdicts and settlements in his practice areas.
