Kathleen is a past president of the Connecticut Trial Lawyers’ Association, and served as its first woman president. She is a co-chair of CTLA’s Continuing Legal Education Committee, a member of its Board of Governors, serves on the Executive and Nominating Committees, and writes a regular column for the CTLA Forum. Kathleen is also a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America (now American Association for Justice (AAJ)), and serves on its Board of Governors, Women’s Caucus, National Finance Council, PAC Board of Trustees, and Public Affairs Committee. She is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and is a fellow of the Connecticut Bar Foundation. In September, 2008, Kathleen was inducted into the American College of Trial Lawyers. She is AV rated by Martindale Hubbell; the highest rating for both skill and ethics. She has lectured extensively on personal injury and medical malpractice at local and national seminars.
