Profile
In matrimonial law, choosing the right lawyer can make a world of difference. With more than 30 years of family law experience, attorney Linda L. Mariani combines the in-depth knowledge and skill of a large firm with the personal attention and client-centered commitment of a smaller firm. Located in New London, Connecticut, Mariani & Reck, LLC, serves individuals and families throughout the counties of New London, Middlesex, New Haven and Hartford.
Over the years, Ms. Mariani has handled a significant number of high net worth divorce cases in the area and represented numerous doctors, attorneys and high-echelon Indian tribal members. She is board certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy as a family law trial advocate. In addition, she serves as the Connecticut Superior Court's Special Master and Trial Referee for family and personal injury issues.
Ms. Mariani is the inspiration behind the Parenting Education Program, which has become a required course for all couples pursuing divorce. A respected lecturer, she is also the two-time recipient of a certificate of commendation from the state of Connecticut Judicial Department. In addition, she has been listed in "Best Lawyers in America" from 2005 to 2010.
Ms. Mariani graduated with her J.D. from the Suffolk University Law School and joined the bar in 1977.
