Attorney Michael A. Fasano, Sr. is a well recognized family and civil advocate in the general Waterbury CT area.  His opinion is regularly sought by other lawyers and colleagues because of his straight talk and no non nonsense approach. Atty. Fasano, Sr. provides services to litigants and fellow family lawyers as a private mediator and special master. He concentrates his practice on family matters focusing on divorce and custody cases as well as civil litigation and personal injury trials. He is the past president of the Waterbury Bar Association and member of the Connecticut Bar Association, Family Law Section. Attorney Fasano has been recognized by the American College of Advocacy as an Advocate. He has also been recognized by the Chief Justice of the Connecticut Supreme Court for his work on behalf of the indigent and serves as a court appointed arbitrator in civil and family cases.  He earned his B.A. from Sacred Heart University and his Juris Doctor from New England Law, Boston. He was admitted to practice in Connecticut in 1976 and by the United States District Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
