Protecting the rights of accused persons in Connecticut State Courts since 1989, Attorney Favreau believes the practice of law is a privilege and a calling. She has served as a speaker at CLE seminars on the defense of sexual assault cases and domestic violence cases and participated in a Bench-Bar Symposium on Ethics. A former lab technologist, she graduated magna cum laude from Eastern Connecticut State University earning her B.S. degree in business administration in 1986. She earned her J.D., graduating cum laude, from Western New England College School of Law in 1989. Very effective representation at all stages of state criminal proceedings, including investigations by police before any arrest, resolution prior to trial, at jury trials, and some post-conviction matters.
