Profile
Paul Slager, a partner, represents plaintiffs in cases stemming from catastrophic events involving medical malpractice, serious accidents, defective consumer products and sexual abuse and harassment. He also represents individuals pursuing whistleblower actions, where an individual or company has defrauded the government, and he represents small businesses and individuals on a contingent fee basis in significant business disputes.
Mr. Slager has special interest and experience working with children and adults who have suffered brain injuries during childbirth or as a result of other trauma. For the last three years, he has served as President of the Brain Injury Association of Connecticut. Mr. Slager also devotes a large part of his practice representing victims of crime in civil cases, where negligence causes victims to suffer serious injuries.
