Profile

Stephen Embry devotes his practice to representing victims of defective products and negligence and workers who were injured in the course of their employment. Attorney Embry has a specific interest in occupational lung injuries and asbestos-related injuries and cancers. He is past chairman of the American Association for Justice Workers' Compensation Section and a past President of the Workplace Injury Law and Advocacy Group. He is co-author of the Longshore Textbook and is a member of the advisory board of the Benefits Review Board Service Longshore Reporter. He is the recipient of the Irving Selikoff Award presented by ConnectiCOSH in recognition for long-term efforts to improve the health and safety of workers. He has lectured in the U.S. and internationally.
