Medical Malpractice - Nursing Home:
- Confidential recovery for alleged unnecessary experimental fetal surgery at St. Joseph's Hospital, Tampa. The child's life care plan present value exceeded $10,000,000.00. The surgeon, Dr. Quintero, paid $100,000.00 to settle the punitive damages claim against him.

- $800,000 recovery for wrongful death.

- $1.25 million recovery for delay in recognition of a brain bleed following brain surgery.

- $1.675 million recovery for failure to timely administer antibiotics and treat post-operative infection resulting in multi-organ failure with coma.

- $2.0 million recovery for wrongful death of a women killed by a loaded dump truck while proceeding across a dirt haul road controlled by traffic signal. Witnesses identified our client's decedent as having run the red light. The estate alleged that the traffic signal design was defective. 

- $1.8 million recovery for an alleged fall off an embankment after restart of a self-propelled lawnmower, leaving client a quadriplegic.   - $1.0 million recovery for loss of an eye for a golfer who hit his ball off of the practice tee marker striking his own eye.   - $825,000 recovery for client who was severely injured as a passenger in a 1997 Ford F150 pickup truck which was struck by a 1997 Volvo tractor trailer.   - $810,000 recovery for motor vehicle death of an 86 year old spouse.   - $650,000 recovery for client who was stopped at a light when rear-ended by defendant causing multiple injuries.  

Products Liability:
- $1.5 million recovery for machine crush injury to foot resulting in partial amputation due to negligent design claims. 

- $1.5 million recovery for conveyor crush injury to hand resulting in digit amputation due to negligent design claims, employer failing to properly train employees properly, among other willful misconduct.
