Alan Wachs of Volpe, Bajalia, Wickes, Rogerson & Wachs focuses on complex commercial, insurance, and reinsurance litigation. He received his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, in 1990 from the University of North Florida and J.D. from the Florida State University College of Law in 1993, with high honors. He is a member of The Florida Bar and the Jacksonville Bar Association. He holds the highest rating from Martindale-Hubbell and is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court in the Middle, Northern, and Southern Districts of Florida and the U.S. Court of Appeals (Eleventh Circuit).
