Amy S. Rubin is a graduate of the University of Maryland (B.A., with honors, 1974) and received her law degree from Saint Louis University School of Law (J.D., cum laude, 1977). A member of the firm's Litigation Practice Group and Management Committee, Ms. Rubin represents insurance companies; financial institutions; corporations; life, reinsurance and disability carriers; and HMO and health care providers, in complex commercial and class action litigation in Florida state and federal courts. Ms. Rubin is a member of The Florida Bar and Board Certified by The Florida Bar as a specialist in both Civil Trial and Business Litigation Law.
