Arthur Tifford practices in all areas of complex civil litigation and federal white collar criminal defense before the Supreme Court of Florida; New York State Court of Appeals; U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida; U.S. Courts of Appeals for the First, Fourth, Fifth, Ninth, Tenth, Eleventh and Federal Circuits; U.S. Court of Federal Claims; U.S. Tax Court; and the U.S. Court of Military Appeals. He graduated from Brooklyn Law School in 1967, was admitted in Florida and New York in 1967, served in Vietnam as a Marine Corps Judge Advocate and Military Judge, was an instructor at the Naval Justice School, and was an Assistant U.S. Attorney, Southern District of Florida. He created and headed the Special Prosecutions Section, Criminal Division.
