Ashley P. Withers joined Wicker Smith in 2005 and is a partner in the Naples office, focusing her practice in the areas of medical malpractice, healthcare regulation, premises liability, construction law and general liability. Prior to joining Wicker Smith, Ms. Withers served as Of Counsel for a firm in Costa Rica, conducting translations of legal documents from Spanish to English and advising Costa Rican attorneys with American corporate clients of the laws and regulations pertaining to the enacted free trade agreement between the Unites States, Central America and the Dominican Republic (DR-CAFTA). She also worked for a civil litigation firm in Chicago, Illinois, where she gained experience in insurance law, product liability, general liability, commercial law, construction law and transportation law.
